Even am new to animation n just started practising...so it won't be right 4 me to comment on ur poses nw...but some sujjestions..
* select the poses tht could reveal some emotions..chk out cgtantra..they r having an posing section there...try to pick out some topics frm there..
* chk out animation mentor blogs..am sure u'll learn a lot..
* use some white r grey bg,so ur poses'ill be much clearer..
